- Installation – from simple telephone systems to a LAN or WAN for a large organisation, anywhere in the UK. Our engineers and technicians are trained to BISCI standards, carefully project-managed, and are fully equipped for every installation and commissioning activity.
- On-site Support – completely customised to your requirements, budget, and competency of in-house staff – whether you have an AVC system or not.
- Network Health Check/Audit – auditing your network non-intrusively from a single connection point, involving no disruption to your day-to-day business, and enabling us to detect and correct potential weak spots in your infrastructure.
- Network Maintenance Services – a highly flexible and customer focussed support centre that underpins AVC’s success and popularity with big-name companies, we provide support on the full range of our services as well as for non-AVC networks. Service calls are logged with our Customer Service helpline providing fast access to technical support.
- Project Management Services – whether managing your own staff or external contractors, AVC can provide a project manager to take on the responsibility of ensuring the completion of the project on budget, on time and with minimal disruption to the business. Before sign-off the project manager will ensure that all the work has been carried out to the correct specification and to the client’s satisfaction.
- Electrical Services – we have the capability to install clean power supplies, dedicated outlets and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS); executing design-to-build solutions for your power requirements, and carried out by engineers that meet the standards of the Institute of Electrical Engineers BS7671.
- Computer and Complete Power Rooms – with extensive experience in the installation of computer rooms in new buildings, existing office complexes and listed buildings, we can take care of all the varied and complex aspects of computer-room installation – including raised floors, false ceilings, air conditioning, power-ups, CCTV and security access systems.
- Fibre Optic Services – with one of the most experienced team of engineers in this field, AVC are able to provide a complete fibre-optic design, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance service.
