AVC’s telephone helpdesk is staffed between 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week*, and can cater for services requiring diverse technical requirements.

The Call Centre handles customer queries, first-line maintenance calls and subsequent escalation, employment applications/queries, scripted outbound survey calls, and is backed up by fully qualified engineers to respond to client need.

The Call Centre is fully resourced to receive inbound calls for clients and to make outbound calls for product selling, marketing and research. This is done using 0870 numbers that can be re-routed or by giving a dedicated 0870 number. The greeting is personalised for the client to avoid caller confusion.

Full reporting can be provided on a weekly or daily basis, in accordance with client needs.
