Site Preparation Services

AVC can carry out surveys of your site, including giving advice on all aspects of layout – from technical, environmental, ergonomic and safety viewpoints, through to full site surveys.

Our team of fully trained electricians can carry out any necessary electrical installations, and infrastructure auditers can determine cabling requirements as well as consider environmental issues and note any recycling opportunities for old machines.

Verification, Validation and Technical Set-up Services

Working with our technical consultants we can develop and/or review the design concept in order to determine the most effective way forward.

The products can then be taken and combined to form a system to establish compatibility between the products. With our fully adaptable configuration centre we can simulate a live environment in order to test the equipment and software arrangement.

We can then develop scripts to ensure that what has worked in the test environment is reproduced exactly to specification on-site.

Project Management Services

AVC’s project management team has a wealth of experience in managing complex projects for some of the UK’s most demanding clients. The project manager can manage as little or as much of the project’s requirements as the client requires – a central, dedicated contact ensures smooth execution of the project.

Post-deployment Support

To make sure you have peace of mind after installation, AVC can provide on-site support the next working day after go-live of the solution, providing assistance to your users as they adjust to the system change.
