In addition to providing you with the equipment and software to facilitate the smooth interchange of information within your business, AVC will ensure that the system continues to perform to its best and iron out any problems you may encounter along the way.
Support can be provided ad-hoc or on retainer, both remotely and on-site, with the level customised to complement the competency of your in-house IT staff. This can range from an occasional arrangement for unusually difficult problems, to a regular time allocation for maintenance, problem-solving and any necessary upgrades.
Other available services AVC can provide include:- Health checks to determine the real issues that affect your IT system’s performance and the solution required
- System back-ups – from a single tape drive to complete network backup with full rotational tape sets for data/disaster recovery
- PC upgrades – we offer a full set including firmware/BIOS upgrades to machines, moving up through the operating system (video/sound drivers etc) to application software including all Microsoft products. Where applicable PCs/servers can have their operating systems upgraded (e.g. Windows 2000 to XP) subject to PC specification
- Licensing audits – matching the software you use to the licenses you paid for, ensuring legal compliance and preventing system abuse
- Website design and maintenance - with various packages for space, functionality and support requirements.
