Waterstones
  • AVC provides a comprehensive range of services to Waterstones, including installations, moves, adds and changes services (additional tills, counter moves and store refits), roll-out/upgrades and hardware procurement services.
  • AVC has successfully completed a major roll-out involving the configuration and installation of new EPOS systems for 140 Ottakar’s store conversions into Waterstones outlets. This roll-out was completed in short timescales, with services including site surveys, configuration, logistics and installations.

 

Orange
  • Roll-out of new EPOS system hardware to 254 Orange retail stores, plus training and development sites across UK and Northern Ireland over 4-week roll-out duration during normal working hours.
  • Configuration services and removal of legacy systems.
  • Roll-out of demo kiosk PCs to 130 Orange indirect stores (dealers).
  • Separate roll-out of new software via new HDDs across entire estate.
  • Separate Roll-out of Chip & PIN devices to all 291 stores.
  • Configuration and installation services for all store refits, additional tills and new store openings.
  • Roll-out of Orange broadband demo kiosk PC solution across 100 sites in 3 weeks.

 

Homebase

  • CPOS roll-out installation of new EPOS and server upgrade across Homebase's entire estate of stores.
  • Ethernet printer roll-out.
  • Chip & PIN roll-out services.
  • Configuration, logistics, installations and project management services supplied for each project.

 

Mothercare
  • Configuration and installation services for a complete refresh of Mothercare EPOS system across 250 store locations, including Chip & PIN.
  • All stores each having unique configurations were pre-configured and tested at our build facility prior to deployment to site.
  • All legacy hardware removals and disposals were managed by AVC.


Arcadia Group

  • Configuration and installation services for new EPOS refresh across 1,450 store locations for Arcadia Group Ltd including Topshop, Topman, Burtons, Miss Selfridge, Outfit and Dorothy Perkins.
  • All 1,450 stores, each having unique configurations, were pre-configured and tested at our build facility prior to deployment to site.
  • Services included installations, moves, adds and changes (IMAC) service inclusive of infrastructure cabling across the estate as part of the contract.

 

Comet
  • Roll-out of Chip & PIN devices across Comet store estate of 250 x Stores.
  • Configuration and installation services of EPOS systems for all new store openings, plus additional EPOS unit requirements for existing store locations (IMACs).
  • Store closures and equipment refurbishment services.
